以”普天同庆新加坡2010”为主题，推展各项活动，希望借此发掘更多我国优秀艺术人才，也为新加坡2010作热身，以艺术来推崇运动精神，以运动来发掘艺术人才，让和平与爱遍及我们的心中，创造美丽的和谐社会。

结合新加坡独有的多元文化，透过举办各项艺术活动，让更多青少儿能在属于他们的舞台大放光彩，发掘他们的艺术天份；为国家培育更多优秀人才，同时提供了与海外的青少儿进行交流会，让他们的视野更远大，胸襟更宽阔，也让新加坡文化在世界上弘扬。

Singapore, the host for the Youth Olympics 2010, is proud and eagerly looking forward to the event. This honor will definitely increase the recognition of Singapore on an international level.

We fully support the government’s initiatives to promote arts and sports in youths. We would like to take this opportunity to organize the International Children’s Art Competition 2009, with ‘In Celebration of Singapore 2010’ as the theme. Through arts, we hope to promote and develop sportsmanship in youths also to build friendships with children all over the world. This competition will serves as a warm up for the Singapore 2010 and to present the unique art and culture of Singapore in front of the world.

普天同庆新加坡2010，展现新加坡多元民族与文化风采；彰显和谐， 融聚爱心， 奥运精神，
民族特色， 时代气息

作品类别：（一）绘画 -素描油画棒、水彩（水粉）画等等
（二）书法 -书体不限，鼓励以楷、隶书为主
（三）摄影 –不分黑白、彩色, 交寄3-5幅
（四）综合才艺展演 – 器乐，(二胡、古筝、笛子、钢琴、小提琴等）
舞蹈,（民族舞、现代舞、古典舞等）
表演，(相声、朗诵、戏曲）

Themes of the Competition:
In celebration of Singapore 2010, portraying the multi-racial and cultures in Singapore. World in Harmony, Passing On Love, World Nationalities, The Spirit of the Olympic Games.

Category:
a) DRAWING – sketch, color pencil, oil paint, water color etc
b) CALLIGRAPHY- Writing using Chinese black ink, not restricted to any forms but no framing.

c) PHOTOGRAPHY- Photo in the form of black & white OR color, total 3 to 5 photographs per applicant.
d) MULTI – TALENT PERFORMANCE – Instrumental Music (eastern or western)
Dance (cultural, modern, classic…)
Performance (crass talk, drama, short story…)
参赛年龄﹕
幼儿组6岁以下、儿童组7-12岁、少年组13-18岁。综合才艺展演不拘

Age Group:
Toddler group: 6 years and below, Children group: 7 to 12 years old, Youth group: 13 to 18 years old.

征集作品时间： 即日起至2009年8月10日截止收件， 8月23日通知入选决赛选手。
大决赛时间： 2009年9月5日举行美术、书法、摄影类大决赛，比赛地点及时间另行公布。
2009年9月6日举行综合 才艺大决赛 兼颁奖典礼，
地点：新加坡发展银行3楼礼堂 时间：下午2：00至5：30。
展示时间： 2009年9月5日~2009年9月9日 10am~8pm举行优秀作品展示，
地点：百胜楼。
海外交流会： 中国南京，11月

a) Deadline: 10th August 2009, shortlisted participants will be notified by 23rd August 2009.
b) Finals: 5th September 09 – Art, Calligraphy and Photography Categories.

参赛要求及办法：

1．此次初选活动为自愿参加，不收报名费，参赛作品采个人或集体收件，统一送交至本协会收件处。参展作品均不得装裱，邮寄时请保持作品平整，最好衬板予以保护，以便于展示和评审，切勿卷寄！参赛者须签署真实姓名，笔名获奖无效。所有作品均不退还，请自留底稿。
2．综合才艺展演示的选手，请交寄本人参展（赛）节目的录音录像资料，包DV带、DVD、VCD、或CD光盘，请在盘面上注明姓名、节目名称，时间限定在5-8分钟。
3．即日起至2009年8月10日截止收件，于2009年8月23日以后统一通知获选参赛者。获选进入大决赛者，须亲临本会办事处缴交二吋照片二张，及大决赛报名费10元。大决赛于2009年9月5日举行美术、书法、摄影类大决赛，2009年9月6日举行综合才艺大决赛 兼颁奖典礼 。
*** 参赛作品不得一稿两投；参赛者允许本会发表参赛作品，参赛者仅享有其著作权 中的署名权、发表权、修改权、保护作品完整权等，本会无偿享有其著作权中的其他一切权利；本会对所有参赛作品有解释、宣传及合理利用或处置的权利。参赛者即被视为承认并同意遵守本大赛一切规定，最终解释权归本会。以上未尽事宜，另行通知。

Rules & Regulations:

1.       This is a voluntary participation. No registration fees are required prior to the final competition. Artwork should not be framed, mounted or rolled. Send your work flat & well protected with cardboard to facilitate evaluation and exhibition. Provide your real name to qualify for prizes. All artwork are non-returnable. Please keep your own duplicate.

2.       Multi-talent performance participants are to send your DV/DVD/VCD/CD as a storage media with a recording time of 5 to 8 minutes. Please indicate your real name and title of performance on the disc.

3.       All artwork must reach the association by 10^th August 2009. Shortlisted participants will be notified by 23^rd August 2009. Finalists are required to submit two 2” photographs to the association and pay a $10.00 registration fee for the final competition. Finals will be held on 5^th September 2009 – Art, Calligraphy and Photography Categories, 6^th September 2009 – Multi-Talents Category cum Prize Giving Ceremony.

*****Participants shall not use their work in multiple contests. Participants reserve their rights to retain their name, publishing, editing and maintain the integrity of their work. The committee reserves the rights of accountability, publication and lawful usage or disposal of the artwork and contributions. The final decision is at the discretion of the committee.

* The association reserves the right to amend and modify the rules and regulation without prior notice.

*** 其中的六位优胜者，将获得免费机票及食宿，出国交流的机会。
